2025 Brazoria Business of the Year

Adeptability Corporation

The Business of the Year award is nominated by our chamber members based on remarkable criteria. To be nominated for this award, they must be a chamber member, demonstrate excellence in community, and exemplify integrity, quality, and a positive reputation within the community. The business chosen for this award meets and exceeds this criteria, and so much more.

This nominee has not only built a successful business but has also made serving others the foundation of everything they do. His story begins with humble roots. Growing up in a hardworking Texas family that
moved frequently due to the oil field industry, he learned early on that perseverance and hard work were the keys to building a better future. After graduating from West Columbia High School, he joined his father and
brother in starting their first business.

That experience lit a fire in him—one that carried him through years of hard work, even in the toughest of industries and markets. He went on to grow his skills in technology, traveling the world to manage major projects, before taking the leap of faith to launch his own company in 2005.

Starting a business during an economic downturn was no easy task, but with grit and determination, he managed to make it work. But professional success is only part of this story. What truly sets this nominee apart is his heart for his community. Time and time again, when our Chamber has needed support, he and his team have been there.

They sponsor and participate in multiple events throughout the year, including the monthly Business Meet and Mingles, where local businesses connect, collaborate, and grow stronger together. They’ve been a faithful supporter of Christmas in Brazoria, bringing joy and holiday spirit to families year after year. And no matter the event—whether it’s a fundraiser, a community project, or simply a need for extra hands—you can count on them to step in without hesitation.

Beyond sponsorships and donations, this nominee invests something even more valuable: his time and leadership. He has served on the Brazoria Chamber of Commerce board and the Brazoria Heritage Board, giving countless hours to help guide our mission and ensure our community thrives. He doesn’t just believe in doing business here—he believes in building Brazoria’s future.

At the heart of it all is a man who leads by example. He often says that instead of asking what your community can do for you, the real question is: What can you do for your community? That spirit has shaped his business, his service, and his life. His commitment has touched countless people and
has left a lasting mark on Brazoria.
