Welcome to Brazoria – The Cradle of Texas.  Located on State Highway 36 between the San Bernard River and the Brazos River, Brazoria is a friendly, peaceful town with a population of approximately 3000. And growing minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico, Brazoria is in a prime location to have a career and still enjoy the small town charm. Here you will find a growing job market and economy and a lower than average cost of living. With a great educational system, growing housing market and local amenities Brazoria is a wonderful place to live and raise a family.          

With annual events like the No-Name Festival, Heritage Celebration and Christmas in Brazoria, Celebrate America, Fireman’s Carnival, Brazoria Loins Club Annual Gun Raffle and fundraiser, Brazoria Passion Play Boat Parades The city is rich in community involvement. Brazoria is a warm and inviting place to live and work with Texas hospitality at its core. Our town is rich in history!  To honor that history, the Brazoria Heritage Foundation has restored the old Brazoria School and created a community center called the Brazoria Civic Center.  This establishment includes a large auditorium for entertainment, a museum where you can find an abundance of historical information about the area and is a place where many community events take place. 

We are a town proud to be in America!  To prove that, just drive down our flag lined streets.  U.S. Flags will be flown 365 days a year until our troops return home.
